In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will also assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and tax filings, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support budget preparation and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with filings
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments
- Develop and improve accounting procedures and controls
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
