Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in ICT management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing remote IT infrastructure and networks
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection
- Expertise in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with system administration for Windows and Linux environments
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cisco, or CompTIA) are a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's ICT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
- Lead the implementation of system upgrades and security patches across remote teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to networks, servers, and applications
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to optimize technology solutions
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to protect company data
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members across departments
- Document system configurations, processes, and incident reports
