Requirements
- Minimum KCSE qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in social media management (at least 1 year preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Ability to create engaging visual and written content
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of current digital trends and best practices

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency across campaigns
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize ad performance
- Foster an active online community through meaningful interactions and user-generated content
