Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)or other softwares
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with digital and print media design
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- A passion for staying updated on design trends and tools
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and web platforms
- Create and maintain brand assets, including logos, icons, and templates
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute design projects
- Develop presentations, infographics, and other visual materials for internal and external use
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity and messaging guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and propose innovative design solutions
- Assist in the creation of motion graphics or video content when needed
- Maintain organized files and version control for all design assets
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions
- Support the team with ad-hoc design requests as required
