Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects
- Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and meeting notes
- Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to project leads
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning efforts
- Conduct research and compile reports to inform decision-making
