Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Familiarity with remote team management and virtual collaboration tools
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals
- Conduct performance management processes, including reviews and feedback sessions
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
