Requirements
- Minimum diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a technical role (e.g., software development, IT support, systems administration)
- Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in at least one technical skill area (e.g., programming, web development, cybersecurity, cloud computing)
- Familiarity with hybrid training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, LMS, collaborative whiteboards)
- Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and skill levels
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Availability to work on a contract basis for the duration of the bootcamp
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical training sessions for bootcamp participants in a hybrid format
- Develop and update training materials, including slide decks, hands-on exercises, and assessments
- Assess participant progress through quizzes, projects, and practical evaluations
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and feedback to learners to support their growth
- Collaborate with the bootcamp team to align curriculum with industry standards and job market needs
- Facilitate interactive workshops that encourage problem-solving and critical thinking
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and feedback
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate relevant updates into training content
- Support participants in building portfolios and preparing for technical interviews
- Participate in debrief sessions to continuously improve the bootcamp experience
