Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Own a reliable motorcycle or scooter
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 kg
- Excellent time management and navigation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Prior delivery experience preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Verify delivery addresses and contact customers as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your vehicle
- Follow designated routes to optimize delivery times
- Report any delays, issues, or customer feedback to the operations team
- Handle payments and collect signatures when required
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Provide friendly and professional customer interactions at every delivery
- Assist with loading and unloading packages at distribution points
- Update delivery status in the mobile app in real-time
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Support other riders during peak hours or emergencies
