Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of improving operational processes and driving efficiency
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking
- Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing team members
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment and willingness to take on new challenges
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability
- Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation and workflow management
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with company objectives
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and performance evaluations
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Create and maintain documentation for operational processes and policies
- Facilitate communication between teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Manage the operations budget, including forecasting and cost optimization
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
- Conduct regular reviews of operational tools and recommend upgrades or new solutions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team
